You will need to rest well on a long flight
Think window or isle? You will need to rest well on a long flight
Long flights certainly take their toll on both mind and body. On a long flight, TFC advise you to reserve a window seat, as you may find it easier to fall asleep by leaning against the side of the plane. On the other hand, people who like to get up and stretch often prefer aisle seats. As you board, set your watch to your destination’s time zone, so you can parcel out some time both for naps (dozing or sleeping on a long flight is essential if you want to arrive with any energy) and for activity during the journey.
